Ship Management Assistant (Outdoor)

Responsibilities:

• ​Prepare quotations
• Manage vessel in/out schedule daily
• Port clearance application
• Submission of clearance documents to crew
• Correspond with suppliers (local and overseas) on purchase of spares
• Develop new clientele (local and overseas)
• Any other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate and Entry Level welcome
• Experienced in Ship Management / Shipping Agency / MPA Regulatory
• ​Good communication skills, able to multi-task and work independently without supervision
• Preferbly possess of own transport (Motorcycle)
• Willing to work in the East
• 5 day work week
